Susan Schoenberger is a Connecticut-based writer and editor. Currently, she is the Director of Communications for Hartford Seminary.
Her debut novel, A Watershed Year, won the William Faulkner-William Wisdom Creative Writing Competition in 2006. She published her second book, The Virtues of Oxygen, in 2014.
Susan will do a reading on the 17th from a current, unpublished project.

Grab your quills and pens and join us for an exciting day of writing and creativity as we gather inspiration with exclusive access to Gillette Castle State Park.
Our writing guide for the day is creative writing teacher Brian Evans-Jones. Originally from the UK, Brian has been writing poetry since the age of 16. He has a BA in English and Creative Writing from Warwick University and has been teaching the craft since 2005.
